      Pros

      Lots of work available because of minority-owned status. Namely, lots of CDOT work that wouldn't normally get out to this size company.

      Cons

      Work-life balance is poor. Compensation is lower than it should be. Company vehicles are below-average. Some of the senior field people should not be in positions of management.

      Pros

      Lots of field time, ability to work overtime, good pay rate for hourly, ability to learn quickly and be trusted with tasks quickly

      Cons

      Poor working environment, lack of company cohesion and vision, seems like most of the upper management is in the process of turning over, poor training program

      Some great people and good attitude when I started, attitudes and talent has left the building

      Pros

      Worked on challenging and interesting projects, a lot of people when I started were very motivated and talented, most of those people left or were let go. Can gain knowledge, but don't expect much mentorship. Pay was OK, but not what I would say is in line with other firms.

      Cons

      Let go of or let top talent walk out the door, owner has very limited views of staff, especially staff who do not hold a masters or better degree. If you are hired as something, that is pretty much where you will stay. As I said, a lot of talent has walked out the building due to issues with the owner.
