Very collaborative atmosphere. It was easy to find out what any issues were with the product, communication was very good. The management structure was very flat, so it was easy to have an impact on the product's design.
Cons
The room for upward mobility was small. Basically someone would have had to quit or die before there was any opportunity for a promotion. It was a small company, so it didn't have the same sorts of resources as a larger company.
