None, working at this company and any of its subsidiaries will suck the life out of you, and make you feel less than human
Cons
Your coworkers will be pretty much all white, and nothing will be done when they inevitably say racist and bigoted things at work. HR will do absolutely nothing and gaslight you by saying that what you reported was "not objectively offensive" because they are extremely incompetent. This company also received over $4 million in PPP loans which were completely forgiven as of June 2021, and yet during the pandemic they cut my hours to 8 a week because apparently they couldn't afford to pay me. Even before the pandemic started, they would force me to take time off with no pay when it got slow. You will be treated like dirt if ever a global pandemic breaks out and you experience anxiety over this fact. Just don't do it. It's not worth your sanity.
