There aren't many. They fire people like crazy and the leadership is quick to scapegoat their direct reports regardless of work ethic, tenure, or merit.

Cons

The leadership team is deceitful. They will tell you they are focusing on your development one day, and fire you the next. I've seen it happen again and again over 10 years and got out before I was next. The compensation isn't fair and doesn't match industry standard. All senior leadership is white men by the way of diversity.
