      There are no Pros. If you are unemployed and if you are not getting job anywhere, for temporary time pass purpose you can join here.

      Cons

      There is nothing good in this so called 'Company'. No IT policies, No proper HR policies, No proper organizational structure. Pay structure is a joke. They change it according to their wish and will. There are two people namely Dr. Raja and Dr. Sudha who run the show. They don't value good employees. All best employees leave the company once they realize that the owners don't know what they are doing. This is a sick company, a sinking ship.

      Pros

      Work environment is good,one can learn about Genomics thoroughly.

      Cons

      Too much internal politics.Worst HR policy,even if anyone give 100% to the company, still they will deduct money unresonably by showing this and that logic at the time of finl settlement.

      Oh.. There is a big list. Very unprofessional attitude of owners, all decisions are taken by owners only and they are never open to any advice from others. Whole company is ruled by them and there is no hierarchy in the company. One can join this organization only if you want to have frequent pay cuts. Organization is never transparent about their revenue. They wait for opportunities to deduct employees pay and this is the only aspect where they take quick actions.
