      you going to get a cup with Geneva logo on your anniversary

      Cons

      Non competent management, abusive style, corruption from top to bottom. They will use you and get rid of you whenever they want to - they all about spending government money. Great professionals are leaving Geneva, everybody complained about hostile environment in Rosslyn office, - management DO NOT care. I am leaving the minute I get a new job. One star is too much for this company.

      Pros

      Benefits and compensation are ok. Coworkers are nice to work with. Flexible work hours. Quiet and professional looking work environment. Nice projects.

      Cons

      Lack of leadership and no guidance. Too much overtime due to unreasonable schedule (without asking developers for feedback). Not CMMI compliant. If you don't perform well then you're out of a job within the first three months.
