      Pros

      Good teams, and there's still good folks with an hearth in this place. Processes aren't all that terrible and perks are good.

      Cons

      The micro-management and lack of confidence is present everywhere and halting any type of progression. The silo's are very much present and the lack of recognition is absolutely the worst. People keeps on leaving this company and I'm wondering if the CEO even cares seeing all of his personal jumping ship but I guess this is due by the leadership and management layers eating themselves, trying to thrive in a company that doesn't sail anymore.

      Pros

      A few people are good to work with but that's about it!

      Cons

      No mission statement, no set of values! Hideous tools to work with, horrible management styles, nepotism and favouritism, everyone is stepping on everyone's toes, lack of trust in their own employees, you have to make sure you fit the mould, otherwise you will be gone. The training is a joke, you have no idea when it has ended, and you have to log everything you do into their horrendous propriety system which is gruesome at best! Stay away from this place or do your time and move on! It should be given a 0 to work for, if possible.
