Pros

There aren’t any pros to list.

Cons

Horrible place to work with hardly any communication. If the back office doesn’t like you, they won’t respond to emails, are always too busy to speak to you or answer questions on the phone, won’t call back for hours if at all, and ignore you while you’re onsite at the office. Definitely not a team environment. They will make up lies to get a person fired and slander their character and reputation. Don’t care about who they let go or when they let them go. All they care about are numbers numbers numbers, and not about their employees well-beings. Processes and protocols not followed as laid out by the umbrella company, the office does what it wants with no structure and no communication with it’s team members.

Pros

Great management team who truly cares about patient care and good office support.

Cons

Smaller company so you will do a lot of driving rather than a covering a few zip codes.
