Pros
Great coworkers and great people there. Vacation PTO and benefits are good.
Cons
Where to start..first off there is no room to grow. They do not hire within unless you are liked and favored by upper management. Micro management by Executive level. Even executives are leaving. Salary increases are a joke and your manager will not fight for their employees because they don't want to disturb or are either afraid of standing out(in my case). This matrix needs to leave. Employee morale is drastically decreasing by the end. And their performance rating system is flawed was told multiple times that no one gets above valued. No one wants to take responsibility and most people are performing 3-4 people's job. New CEO looks promising but not sure I can wait for the changes to occur. People come and go because raises and no room for growth. Not a long term place to stay.
