- you can kiss work/life balance goodbye
- upper mgmt does not know how to manage money
- failed investments caused a ton of layoffs
- 40 billable hours min. per week creates a toxic "stay late" culture
- always short handed
- bonuses and raises have been "on hold" for more than a year
- everyone is underpaid except upper management
Some great projects and coworkers, free lunch everyday, cool facilities and lots of tools and a nice shop, super techs are amazing
Cons
They recently let go some of the management team that was instrumental in gaining them success. Dan Chandler was pushed out and Jeremy Law was escorted out of the building after 7-8 years of faithful work. This was very inappropriate. They promoted some long time senior engineers to fill their spot. Vlorent has a power complex and can throw younger employees under the bus in front of clients. Brian Eastman is a high competent and very easy to work with and they are lucky to have him in the position.
