- $8.00 per hour, base pay. You are expected to work over time if you are not going to hit your quota, the problem is, the company does not pay overtime, Many reps in the room are working over 40 hours per week and are not getting paid for it unless it's commission from a sale they made off the clock. The company is aware of of what they are doing. - Bad benefits (health, dental, etc.) - Little to no diversity (there is one person of color in the entire building, and he's the janitor/grounds keeper) - Little room to grow or advance. I believe, that if you bite your tongue, keep your head down, and don't question management, in 5-10 years you might have a shot at a manager position. - You will lose deals to your own retailers because you are not allowed to compete with them. - Shady fees/taxes on your paycheck (they do not explain this unless you ask and it is not in any contract anywhere). You will HAVE TO give 5% of every paycheck to the "shipping department". There is no line item on your paystub for this, it just gets taken out and it's up to you to do the math to make sure they didn't take more. - Your shipping team can be quite rude and passive aggressive (you have to deal with them almost every day). - In my opinion, rules and expectations seem to be more relaxed for reps who are personal friends with management and owners. - Higher ups will send out emails threatening to unilaterally fire employees over minor things such as not closing the front door all the way. - In my opinion, this place is the definition of a toxic work environment.
