      wonderful company culture & incredible people to work with - holistic view of financial advice & education for UHNW clients & families

      Cons

      complete ownership by parent company, SunTrust Bank, thus just another LOB too much exodus of talent

      Pros

      Innovative and hands-on advice to ultra high-net worth families. Strong relationships with clients, as GenSpring sat on the same side of the table as the families they were advising. Next generation education and other materials from the learning center were top notch.

      Cons

      Poor investment philosophy execution. Some clients did not seem to understand what they were invested in.
