For Chinese employees: company is sort of Supportive of your visa or green card application. For American employees, working here provides a glimpse of Chinese culture. And That's it!

Cons

Just check the retention rate, ask about the reporting system and find out the mandatory calls to headquarters in China, You'll figure out about cons yourself.

Management cares about their company so much that they take the time to post fake positive reviews on here. If only they care about their employees as much.

Cons

So much there isn't a starting point to talk about the cons. If you work here, be prepared for them to squeeze the juice out of you until you're no longer useful for them.

most items you listed on those FAKE good reviews, the opposite way is the cons. NO work-life balance, NO suggestions taken at all. Totally controlled by CEO. NO opportunities for career develepment etc.
