Pros

Good tips (but only because we're severely understaffed) Game Card discount Food discount (50%) Local managers were fun and great people to work with, even if they were sometimes unfair with what they asked of you. Good people at heart. Fun concept and most guests are fun/nice. Owner is nice but very much a penny pincher, I've heard this time and again from co-workers and upper level staff.

Cons

Constantly understaffed, low hourly ($5.54), missing hours on paychecks/hours altered on pay stubs. I was pushed to work 40+ hrs a week as a part-time employee, as well as other part-timers. Promises rewards for meeting competitive goals between locations but never delivers on them. I was extremely overworked, not eating from the stress and exhaustion. I would not return unless the conditions drastically improved, as well as the pay.

Pros

The tips were consistently good for a struggling college student and the coworkers were friendly and overall very helpful.

Cons

Firstly, Managers don't offer any sort of advice to help their employees. They are keen on insulting and ignoring employees when they really need assistance. Also, A lot of scandals going on at that place. I only worked there for a couple months and I heard about harassment charges and a few managerial-subordinate relationships. If you like drama, it's a great place to be.
