Overall a great company to work for. Great team members and benefits. Solid beers. Develop strong relationships at wholesaler and retail level.

Cons

Shiner beer is great, but can be a pretty slow mover anywhere but Texas. Sometimes there is too much redundant admin work. When the owner is around, everyone has to walk on eggshells.

Micro management and lack of trust for field sales by ownership Ownership not up to date on current distributor business, doesn't realize some of the complexities that distributors are dealing with on a daily basis.
