One can gain very good technical programming enterprise level knowledge of programming. The customers are governmental companies, banks and major insurance companies in Iran. You can obtain lots of connections by just communicating with numerous customers.
Cons
Managerial positions are taken by close family members of the CEO or COO. The management obsessive focus on evaluation techniques of their employees impose a great overhead into anything. Long endless unnecessary meetings kills the livelihood and creativity.
