      Pros

      Christmas through New Years off every year. Annual bonus. Cool kitchen stuff and cooking supplies at a discount.

      Cons

      Double standard for certain employees. Boys Club mentality and favoritism. Management treats their employees as though they are idiots. Management gets in their own way when trying to make money but blames employees for failings. Says their open with their earnings and expenses but refuse to disclose expense "details" when asked. Company culture is "indentured servitude with a smile will make management happy or else."
