      Office location and office amenities

      Cons

      Lack of vision and lack of corporate maturity. The company has failed for years to advance and grow to be competitive. They are stuck in the past in terms of how they do business. The legal and finance departments are way behind the curve in terms of knowledge -- way behind ---, and they refuse to spend the money to grow. Also they are deal killers. There is no true marketing department. All they have is brochures and some crappy website.

      Company markets itself as a great place to work. It is depending upon the department you work in.

      Pros

      Sales and Operations folks are terrific. Company building and benefits are outstanding. Marketing Department is short-staffed but innovative.

      Cons

      Constant turnover at Director level, Senior Management, and in Legal Dept. Beware if you are any attorney seeking a job there. There has been so much turnover. There is a reason for the constant turnover, but the company won't do anything about her. HR department is known to be a joke.

      I have been provided with clear instructions and explanations for my first week of employment. I have been updated regarding phone, laptop, business cards, company vehicles, etc. I have a detailed agenda for my first week. Everyone has been exceptionally kind and welcoming.
