Great company to have work-life balance and opportunities to learn new things. A small company with many growth potential hence each employee has got to be able to learn and execute new things in short amount of time.
Cons
Because one is expected to be excel in many perspective, it is hard to be a hard-core specialist in any particular field. Hence, there is a limit to career development.
