-High stress environment in the office
-No training, expected to hit the ground running in a disorganized system
-Your own superiors (and only support system) will talk down to you in a condescending manner all. the. time.
-No respect for the designated work hours, including phone calls, messages etc. to your work and personal devices after 6pm and on weekends
-It's like you're on call after being in the office from 9-6 every day, something that was not clarified up front during the interview process.
-Benefits don't begin until you are 3 months in and thriving, otherwise they will fire you (happened to me without warning at the end of a workday)
