Pros

Remote working is the only benefit you can think of.

Cons

The company suffers from poor leadership under a dumb CEO, with frequent late paychecks, unclear direction, ignored employee feedback, and a toxic culture that results low team morale. In terms of employee benefits there are none. You will be promised many things during the hire, nothing will be provided. Absolutely no growth if you proceed to work full time.

Pros

What I love about GLEAC is the emphasis on continuous learning and the company's commitment to its values. GLEAC trusts its teams to grow by pushing us out of our comfort zones and encouraging us to explore new opportunities with every task we’re entrusted with. We are fairly compensated and rewarded based on our performance. Additionally, GLEAC fosters a healthy work-life balance. The company understands that we are human too, offering a safe space to recharge and ensuring we are not overworked, which helps prevent burnout. What truly sets GLEAC apart is its approach to roles. Rather than forcing employees into predefined positions, the company assesses our strengths and assigns roles that complement those strengths, allowing us to thrive in a way that feels natural and fulfilling.

Cons

The timezone difference can be a challenge, as we work with a highly diverse team spread across various regions. This sometimes affects our ability to receive real-time responses. However, it’s manageable as we can proactively schedule aligned times to ensure smooth coordination and meet our objectives.
