Flexible Time Directly working with Third Party

Even though you are employed by GI you are not actually working for them You need to listen to Third Party companies in UK No one to address your problems since you are working for third parties HR wont support you, they say you agreed to work for Third Parties Feel Like i took wrong decision to work for GI

As per my title. Don't appoint gi team leaders and managers in any other firm. Nor their CA's also. As if they went in any other firm they will spoil life of other people who are working silently in their firm. These people are so egoistic and they think in the world only they know everything even they don't want to pass on their knowledge to new comers and dominate the new comers. It's better they should live in gi itself and please other companies don't hire them if they want to switch.
