Pros

Good pay depending on how many routes you pick up. Can have as many people as needed come help you fold and deliver your papers on time.

Cons

You have to pay for your own gas, bags, rubberbands, and other supplies. The complaint system is unfair. Say, if a customer has a sprinkler system that soaks the driveway everyday after the papers have been delivered already and they complain about the paper being wet, it is our fault no matter what. That is a $10 charge for every wet paper complaint. Delivery 365 a year, even with illness. You have to go in no matter what unless you have a medical emergency and even then you still have to make it to the warehouse after you are done and fold and throw your papers on time. The staff that runs the actual warehouse have bad attitudes fire the most part. There are only 3 of them that are friendly when asking them to get you what you need.
