Pros
Salary package and bonuses can be extremely high if well negotiated. You are in charge of your own time managements. The place to be for retired militaries and policeman
Cons
Expense claims are paid with important delays (2-3 months). So are consultants. Overall staff (all layers, all departments) is under qualified for private sector. Little recognition from management. No career possibility unless you give them your resignation. no communication with the various offices around the world. No clear mission, goals and objectives Even if you have a signed contract, management might decide not to respect it anyway. Try to find business anywhere it can, as long as it brings money, this even if they are not in their core knowledge.
