      Friendly staff, fair and balanced environment, and all staff grow from within. GCL allow you to grow within the company, and put time and effort into professional development

      Pros

      Great place to work, ignore the reviews below that are negative - I feel some people only remember negatives. You have to remember this is a small family run business and not everything can be perfect. Staff are all lovely, management are great particularly Lisa. Would recommend working here to anyone.

      More training would be good for people looking to progress.
