      Pros

      Great place to work, ignore the reviews below that are negative - I feel some people only remember negatives. You have to remember this is a small family run business and not everything can be perfect. Staff are all lovely, management are great particularly Lisa. Would recommend working here to anyone.

      More training would be good for people looking to progress.

      Staff, management all bad. Horrible atmosphere. Clicky, liked who they liked and were dismissive to everyone else

      The ongoing training, learning and 121 coaching Interesting clients and campaigns to work on Lots of motivation and encouragement Hybrid working schedule over the normal working week Opportunity to grow within the business
