      Horrible experience. Horrible model. Pro? Money was good before the bottom dropped out.

      I was exposed to a variety of technologies and had the opportunity to work with some talented colleagues. The technical aspects of the job were often engaging and provided a good platform for skill development.

      Cons

      Despite the technical opportunities, the experience was marred by management issues. There was a noticeable lack of clear communication and direction, leading to wasted effort and a frustrating work environment. Decision-making often seemed disjointed, affecting project timelines and team morale
