Mainly it is on job training, so you learn the nitty gritty of business. The office culture is informal.
Cons
As everyone is busy with their own departments and jobs, it is not easy to find people to train you. Also if you are going on with high growth expectations, it would come with time.
Too much unnecessary politics in upper management. Lots and lots of attrition. They cant retain good staff although you will find employees who are 10 to 11 years old in the company but such people play very dirty politics in the company. Mostly staff is illitrate and dont have the basic ettiquetes to talk to female staff. Personal life goes on a toss. They have a very long shift. And on occasions like 15th aug and 26th jan they expect you to work for 12 hours and they are ready to cancel your week offs every now and then. You will not be able to celebrate any festival if u work in this company coz they will ask you to report to office on every festival. All in all a very bad experience would suggest not to join whether in operations or in support function.
