The best of Further is the people working there: smart, passionate, nice, helpful... I've always felt super supported by all of them and it creates a great vibe as a team. In the researcher team there's a lot of knowledge and passion. As part of the Product Team, I was very happy and engaged with my team and the project that we were developing. Always improving and trying to learn from our mistakes, we were working with a good SCRUM. The office is nice and the location is very convenient (close Old Street). Working there was a great experience.
Cons
During my time in Further the management was not very strong: the company strategy was quite blurred, the priorities were messy and the people in charge seemed a bit lost. What the team felt was a lack of leadership. Fortunately, the company has lived a period of change and I'm quite confident on the success of these changes.
