      Pros

      - Relaxed atmosphere - Aside from a few rivalries, there is a certain degree of "we are all a family" attitude - A lot of talented people to work with - There is always fresh fruit in the office! - Marvelous running streak for games like Anarchy Online - Despite all its problems, the company managed to built strongly motivated communities.

      Cons

      - Don't look for a meritocracy here. If you are promoted you are either friends with someone or you are the last man standing because everybody else quit. - In general, terrible middle management promoted under unclear or questionable circumstances. - Confused top management which claims to have countless years of experience but is not capable of formulating any remotely sound strategy.

      Pros

      Open and friendly atmosphere, fantastic people, interesting projects; you're being trusted and given enough freedom at work. Employees are shielded from bureaucracy and can concentrate at work. Regular beer Fridays, holiday celebrations.

      Cons

      Overcomplicated business structure which leads to overall inefficiency of the company and was the reason for the latest waves of layoffs. The illogical decisions of top management in this situation are probably caused by personal motives and complex relationships.

      Very talented people Fun projects to work on Lots of freedom because management doesn't actually understand the tech

      Cons

      Incompetent, dishonest management that only cares about themselves No new projects. Just in maintenance mode of existing stuff. Understaffed High stress environment
