Pros
I believe it used to be a better company. There are a lot of great people that you enjoy working with, there are still people you can learn from and that are nice to you.
Cons
Unfortunately, the management team, the supervisors are not great. Some of them are very new to their supervising role and it shows, but they also don’t really treat their employees with the respect. Some of them think they know it all and very hypocritical. It used to be a better company, and it’s a shame it’s like that.
