Cons
Not a good place to stay more than 1 year, no promotion, no fair salary, and bad behaviour of management team without respecting to employees rights. The only thing does matter for company owner is money! Too much unpaid mandatory off days and expecting to do labour work most of the time. No respect to safety issues in order to cut down on company costs.
