      Competitive pay and willing to negotiate on it.

      Cons

      Company is disorganized, leadership is either disinterested or overwhelmed, high rate of leaders voluntarily leaving the company. Nepotism. Some leadership enjoys talking negatively about employees on their team to others and seems to get entertainment out of pitting people against each other.

      Friendly people, relatively easy work, hybrid work environment

      Cons

      Lots of product knowledge you’re expected to know about with very little training. Upper management doesn’t even know your name or care to learn it even in a small company. Backorders cause loss of customer trust and there’s a lack of communication between departments.
