Too quick to leap to new ideas at the expense of work that has already been completed. It's awesome and exciting to pivot, but care needs to taken to get value out of work that is already completed. Ongoing high turnover across the company caused ongoing loss of domain, business, product knowledge. Can't work out the right rate of growth. Track record of overdeveloping the team structures. Transitioned from flat-ish to very structured
