      Pros

      Honestly one of the best roles and org if you enjoy working with people and fast paced environments. You get the exposure to hiring, employee engagement, culture building, strategy, ops so the learning curve is huge. Every day feels different one moment you're closing critical hire , the next you're planning engagement initiatives or helping managers solve challenges. At some point you stop being "just HR" - u become the person holding the working together behind the scenes

      Cons

      The office space can get uncomfortablely cold at times so keeping a jacket nearby is almost necessary , the coffee machine is pretty avg works for survival... 😅

      Requires someone comfortable with ambiguity.. growth comes with challenges but if you are open to adapt it then nothing like it. You are expected to figure things out but during appraisals you are rewarded accordingly
