Pretty much systemmatic, easy job to micro manage labors. Exaggerate when it’s busy, and act busy when it’s not.

Cons

Pure Asian environment, full of Taiwanese, Chinese, Vietnamese and indian. Frontline staff do all the real work, but bonuses unfair because the management fill their pockets first.
