      High turnover in DE office

      Pros

      Free parking, most of the staff is easy to work with, casual dress code, flexible hours

      Cons

      Constantly hiring fresh-out-of-college ppl means they leave after about a year. There's no room for advancement, no promotions, Hiring ppl with experience means they leave within the first several months. They know this isn't how things should run. No training - you're expected to know things with very little direction. No performance reviews. Bonuses are arbitrary & inconsistent. Paid once a month can be a problem for some ppl. Mgr has favorite employee(s) and it's not hidden/disguised.

      Production house, not an agency

      In-house developers and QA team

      Cons

      This place is more of a production house than an agency. No emphasis on original creative or ideas. Churn-and-burn mentality. Culture comes from the top, and that's not a good thing in this case. Micromanagement is a huge issue from the top down to middle management, horrible vacation/PTO policy, work/life balance was not encouraged (or accepted). Talking, socializing and team building were discouraged. Extremely high turnover rate due to complete lack of culture and employees not being valued.

      The only pros are you get to watch tv and listen to music throughout the day

      Cons

      This place is a joke. Management is terrible. No actual training. You sit there for hours a day with nothing to do.
