Forrest has gone through leadership change and they are trying to change the culture to become a bigger and better player in the aerospace and defense industry. There are lots of guys who have been here a long time and we are finally seeing the change in the right direction. The new management is a welcome change over the prior regime. It takes time though but they are on the right track and we appreciate the efforts being put in. We have AC now in the shop so this is really nice to have temperature control in the shop!
