was the best place I had worked, right up until 2014

Cons

2014, Pat was let go, Bruce left, lots of other very qualified people left/letgo. The few left with real experience where ignored. New management seems only to be worried with how to make themselves look good and will throw you under the buss in a moment just to keep themselves looking good.

Pros

Foremost was a great place to work before the former President/CEO was removed (2014 and earlier). Fantastic co-workers and a solid company to build a career. The former President worked hard to make Foremost a place where people wanted to be.

Cons

New management (2014 and after) introduced a reign of fear. Their unpleasant management style encouraged many talented people to leave.

Pros

Lots of physical activity and challenging tasks. Work day was never boring as there was always something new. Plenty of room to advance.

Cons

As office and upper management staff changed, the atmosphere became less comfortable. It was like the ones who cared most about the employees were gone, and robots moved in to replace them.
