Pros

none all down hill for this company, Can't see this place lasting unless big changes happen but think to much damage has happened.

Cons

Very high turnover Very low morale no one is happy. We are great family company to work for is all gone they dont care anymore and they do not take care of the employee. They do not give any raises in pay you will be stuck at what you are hired at. Currently looking for a way out. Don't reccomend.

Pros

Once a year you get free glasses, which is worth about $300-$400 New offices

Cons

As mentioned by other reviews, the company has a really bad culture. There is a constant reshuffling of the top executives. They've had 5 VP of Operations in 2 years, 3 CMO, 5 CEO, 2 CIO since 2015. Don't know if they left or we're forced out, because they don't speak honestly to employeees about whats going on. There used to be a regular email newsletter on all the changes in the company going on but no longer being sent out. CFO was put in charge. He's all over every department trying to put fires out but is not focusing on Finance and turning around store sales. We have to work 50-60 hour weeks in Finance, you fell burned out. Morale is really bad. They used to put the financial daily sales information on big screens all over the office. They've stopped doing this. No new store openings, compared to last year where we opened a bunch of new stores. Every department works long hours and their was essentially no bonuses. Other reviews are accurate, that they tell new canidates that the company is growing, which is not the case. It’s very deceiving for a company to do. It's a shame as there are many nice people in the company. The parent company is not engaged, No plan on how to turn the business around.
