      Pros

      FocusCFO is clear on their mission and core values. I like that these are more than lofty goals in a corporate PowerPoint, these are lived every day by everyone in the company. It makes a difference.

      Cons

      Sometimes being fully remote can be a bummer when all of your remote coworkers are so great!

      I have been with FocusCFO for five years and it is a fantastic company to work for. Everyone is very friendly, willing to work together, and incredibly passionate about the work they are doing.
