Focus Core Values Supportive and approchable General Manager. Professional structured work environment with clear expextations and consistent hours. Positive 30-day review and good onboarding experience. Diverse Workforce. Supportive of work-life balance and family priorities

Cons

401K and vacation time begin after 1 year of employment. Heallth insurance out of pocket expenses are costly (like every other company in America). Overtime is not available. 5 days on-site. WFH option not available.
