- No work life balance - Arrogant CEO and COO - Majority of the core team has left in the past year and the company is falling apart - no prospects of future funding so don’t bother joining

Most people are nice and helpful. The company is growing rapidly so I guess there's a chance you make decent money on your options in the future

Cons

CEO micro manages everyone and runs the company like a 5 people startup. He is extremely arrogant and thinks he is always right. All long timers have learnt to just say "yes" and not challenge him. Extremely poor culture, everyone is a workaholic and you are expected to be online/working on evenings/weekends.

the freedom of the job; each day you worked at a different location.

Cons

The hours are short; they time you on the tasks so you'll drive 1 hour to work 1 hour. Management issues , Unreliable with hours , you might not work for months then suddenly be asked to work and they expect you say ," Yes sir ". This is not a career , this is only a part time job so treat it as such.
