Pros

Digital expertise is tremendous for an agency of its size. Some of Utah's top talent. Great people. You'll enjoy your co-workers.

Cons

The typical downsides of a smaller ad agency. Lots of work. Constant pressure to win and grow and new business. Competitive, but not high salaries.

Currently, none to speak of.

Cons

Unethical, dishonest upper management. No clear direction for how to grow the company. One partner, in particular, is the smartest person HE knows, which IMO is very dangerous for the growth of the company.
