Pros
Great opportunities for learning and growth, brand new office with a great view of Georgetown and the Potomac, fantastic employees, real focus on constant improvement and employee happiness. Unlimited snacks and drinks, full healthcare coverage (with dental and vision), $1000/year education budget, paid parental leave, and more. We had a great year and the whole team went to Costa Rica for a week in February to celebrate, all expenses paid.
Cons
The office can be shockingly quiet when everyone is in the zone. Goals are set extremely high (which could be considered a plus) and are sometimes difficult to reach.
