Flow has been a pretty wild ride. Huge ups and downs as with any startup. You should come to Flow if you're looking to maximise your impact on the world, and maximise your own personal development along the way. Flow has tested me in positive ways, and enabled me to do things that I didn't think I could do. The customers are pretty cool too. We get to meet (literal) rocket scientists, automotive engineers and robotics engineers daily. They use our software to design some of the most important technologies for the world. This is hugely gratifying. We get to see inside some of the most important hardware companies in the world. Flow really believes in speed and ownership, so people here get to make decisions (good or bad), implement them, see the results and iterate in days rather than months of politics.
