      Needs a reboot from the inside

      Pros

      Some talented people work here, good steady work.

      Cons

      Poor management, needs to get on with the times and update itself from the inside out, need to stop underbidding jobs and then giving not enough time to the designers and developers to complete their job in any decent way. Move on from their custom CMS which just take more time away from the projects.

      The job started out great, but eventually became stressful. -Fast-paced environment -Talented coworkers -Great location in an older building -Diverse clients - great if you like to research and learn about new industries

      -Internal communication was not great -The compensation was not competitive -Lack of internal training
