      Full of skilled workers (For the most part)

      Pros

      The Chiang family is very generous to work for. I was able to gain valuable skills and meet some very talented people. Overall I enjoyed my time at Flatter very much so. I applaud Brittany and Oliver's work ethic and ability to strike a work/life balance.

      Cons

      One Star for Senior Management is referring to Accounting. Hands down the worst accounting 'department' I've ever had to work with. The level of ineptness displayed regularly was not only frustrating, but at times unethical. I know multiple programs that have suffered in their performance, at the mercy of poor decisions coming from accounting. I believe that Flatter can turn this around by cleaning house, or creating a system of checks and balances that prevent/correct further issues.
