      Pros

      Been here a while now and have to say the place has been good for me. Latest comp and bonus was best yet. Promotion was also included so feeling recognised. Leaders are investing in business and strong enough to make changes. Some toxic people disruption last year but CEO is driven to transform the place. Overall good company.

      Could do with more development and better explanation of structure.
