      Pros

      I love the people that I have met in this facility both staff and members have become my closest friends. The scheduling is flexible with my college classes. I get a free gym membership and I get to wear workout clothes as a uniform.

      Cons

      The pay is absolutely HORRIBLE! Impossible to live off of and you get your paycheck cut left and right. Commissions get easily cut and bonuses are nearly impossible to make. The starting pay is 9.25 an hour which is just not enough for the amount of work that we do. We also have to do “outside marketing” where we use our own vehicles and gas to benefit the company. The turnover here is unreal. Nobody can afford to stay here because of the lack of respect and pay.
